CAMPBELL RIVER COMMUNITIES
At the southern end of Campbell River city limits is the community of Willow Point. As one of the fastest growing areas, it has an increasing number of businesses serving area residents. A well maintained Sea Walk skirts the beach and provides residents with a scenic walking route.
The Quinsam Heights area is close to downtown and all amenities. As an area popular for families it has all levels of schools, recreation, and is highly accessible by public transportation. With ample parks and green spaces Quinsam Heights is an affordable up and coming area.
The downtown area of Campbell River lies along Discovery Passage. Incorporated with the shops, restaurants and hotels is a seaside park that often hosts community events. Spirit Square and Shoppers Row are also popular gathering places for local outdoor events.
Campbellton is an area rich in history and is the northern most part of the city, which connects downtown and the Inland Island Highway. Home to a large number of businesses and services, the area is a popular stop for travelers heading north.
As a mixture of commercial and residential areas with estate sized properties, northern Campbell River encompasses a large land mass. With a lot of natural and forested areas it’s a popular location for people wanting to be close to the city for necessities but still want close access to boat launches, camping and hiking trails, including the historic Ripple Rock trail!
