May 2020 Market Stats

As we enter June, we begin to reflect back on the month of May 2020 market stats. This month, we are focusing on Campbell River as that has been where our sales have been.

Currently, there are 172 single family homes available for sale. This is a low amount of inventory for the number of buyers in the market. Therefore, if you are looking to sell, now is the time.

In May, 13 homes sold. To compare, May of 2019 seen 64 homes sold. However, the average sale price is roughly $519,000 where 2019 seen an average sale price of $500,000.
