The monthly market update for Campbell River has seen 17 total sales; 1 lot, 5 strata and 11 single family homes with an average sale price of $419,880 which decreased from last month.

In Nanaimo, there were 50 total sales; 1 lot, 13 strata, 3 half duplex, 3 mobile and 30 single family homes with an average increased sale price of $597,607.

This month, our buyers are looking for the following:

1. An acreage property with home on Macaulay Rd

2. Commercial trailer park as an investment

3. Lot zoned for 2 properties under $400,000

4. Patio homes under $450,000 in Campbell River

5. Homes not currently listed under $325,000

6. Smaller, one level strata that allows medium to large dogs

7. In both Campbell River and Nanaimo homes that need renovations
