Sayward Valley

If your looking to live off the map surrounded by nature and wildlife consider purchasing in the Sayward Valley. This little village has a population of less then 500 year round, but don’t let that fool you! This little village is full of exciting activities, like logger sports and ball tournaments and extreme events.

Below you can see us exploring the Salmon River estuary with the puppies. Just look in any direction for incredible greenery and scenery! You can find a multitude of trails at different experience levels and lengths so everyone can enjoy the outdoors.

Take note that this quiet place does bustle with life at the annual Kusam Klimb event. Here, hundreds of competitors race up and over the Hkusam Mountain, yes the race is literally ran up a mountain. This event is action packed and a ton of fun.
