This week on Vancouver Island Vision, we are taking a tour of Piper's Lagoon. This 8 hectare park features twisting trails that lead to a number of seaside lookouts. You'll have a great view of the historic Shack Island and the southern point of Neck Point Park. This is a wonderful location for bird watching opportunities, beachcombing and even a quick swim!
