We post these documents to our MLS system so that other realtors can easily provide the information to their interested buyers:

  1. A title search along with any registered attachments such as easements, restrictive covenants, building schemes, etc.

  2. Property Disclosure Statement

  3. Property Zoning Information

  4. Any previous inspections related to the woodstove, chimney & septic

  5. Agent Authorization to view at City Hall or Regional District form

  6. Authorization to contact Insurance Company

  7. Strata Documents (if applicable)
