Let’s talk to our renters in the market to let them know what is happening.

Shannon looked back on some past sales from 5 years ago to reflect why it is important to own a home. 

A unit at 400 Robron with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sold in 2015 for $124,000. The same unit in 2020 is now selling for $255,000.  With that being said, if you were a renter in 2015 and rented the same unit for an average price of $1200, you would have spent $90,000 in rent with nothing to show for it in the end. Five years from now don’t be looking back wishing you had bought a home sooner.

If you budget your finances and limit spending, you could be getting your down payment and getting yourself into a home sooner than later.
